Description
A traditional variety of white wine that displays regional variation. It is best grown in a cool climate where the grapes produced are refreshingly juicy, with a crisp acidity and intense fruit flavours.

Tasting notes
The flavours in Sauvignon Blanc can range through fresh cut grass, asparagus, gooseberry, tropical and citrus fruit flavours but the wine maintains a clean fresh palate with a crisp acid finish. We call it our “morning, noon and night “ wine because it can be drunk anytime and pairs well with many dishes.
